At Cheap Rugs, we want you to love your new floor covering, which is why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on all standard-sized rugs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Rug

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original plastic packaging or equivalent heavy-duty protective material to ensure it remains clean and undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to your local authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
